Task Scheduling & Shift Execution
Ensure daily swing-shift tasks are completed according to the Product Packaging Staff Task Planner.
Adjust staffing assignments and workflows during the shift to maintain productivity and meet deadlines.
Communicate shift priorities and expectations clearly to team members.
Supervising & Training Staff
Assign employees to production, FS formulation, and raw material preparation (e.g., vermiculite, coir).
Provide hands-on supervision and real-time coaching during production.
Cross-train employees to ensure adequate coverage for absences or workload changes.
Participate in employee performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
Enforce company policies and procedures and assist management with disciplinary actions when necessary.
