Job Summary:
The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating powered industrial trucks to load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials. This role ensures materials are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance with all safety guidelines and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products, materials, or equipment in warehouses, storage yards, or production areas.
- Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently.

Role Purpose

Position Summary
The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations at the Oxnard location. This role is instrumental in building and managing high-performing teams, ensuring supply chain effectiveness from order intake to customer delivery, and maintaining health and safety compliance. As the site expands, the Site Manager will also play a key role in project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Site Operations & Supply Chain
· Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities including order fulfillment, inventory control, and customer delivery.
· Monitor daily operations and implement continuous improvement strategies.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales and delivery targets are met.
· Team Leadership & Development
· Build site teams from the ground up, including hiring, onboarding, and training in partnership with HR.
· Lead, coach, and develop staff to meet performance goals and uphold company standards.
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and manage corrective action processes as needed.

· Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Proven experience building and leading site-based teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage supply chain operations.
- Strong working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Experience in project management and operational expansion is a plus.
- HR-related experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP or supply chain software preferred.
